D’Niesha Sudduth is a litigation associate at Lento Law Group National, where she represents clients in civil litigation, family law, education defense, and criminal matters. A native of Fayetteville, North Carolina, Attorney Sudduth earned her Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice from Fayetteville State University before earning her Juris Doctor from North Carolina Central University School of Law where she served as the president of the Black Law Student Association and a contracts law tutor, graduating magna cum laude.
She began her career as a public defender in Philadelphia, where she gained invaluable courtroom experience and developed a passion for defending the rights of individuals in difficult and high-stakes circumstances. Building on that foundation, she now applies her skills in the broader areas of civil and family litigation, working to achieve the best outcomes for her clients.
Attorney Sudduth is admitted to practice in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania and the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania.
