Courtney Hinke

Courtney serves as a Senior Paralegal at LLG National Law Group, bringing more than a decade
of experience in the legal field, a strong commitment to client advocacy, and an exceptional
understanding of legal case management and administrative operations. In her leadership role,
Courtney works directly with the Firm’s Administrator, assisting in the coordination, oversight,
and management of legal matters across the firm’s national practice.
As a key member of LLG National Law Group’s legal support team, Courtney plays an integral
role in facilitating communication between attorneys, clients, and administrative personnel
throughout the firm’s nationwide operations. Her responsibilities include assisting with case
management, monitoring critical deadlines, coordinating legal documentation, supporting
litigation preparation, and helping ensure that matters progress efficiently and receive the
attention they deserve.
Courtney also brings valuable experience in educational matters, providing support in cases
involving student rights, educational advocacy, school-related disputes, and other issues
affecting students and families. Her understanding of the challenges that individuals and families
may encounter when navigating educational institutions allows her to approach these matters
with professionalism, sensitivity, and a strong commitment to protecting clients’ interests.
